Client Services & Fess

Clients and/or partners of Van Liew have no financial obligations until they have executed binding land acquisition and build-to-suit contracts for the purchase of one of Van Liew’s vetted parcels of land, which land shall have all governmental permits in place except those permits required for to-be architecturally designed improvements on and to the land, inclusive of all required engineered drawings.

Those land acquisition and build-to-suit contracts shall be in full force and affect until the certificate of occupancy (C of O) has been received from the various governing municipalities.  Those contracts shall state, among other things, the following Van Liew responsibilities as well as the fees for each of those responsibilities:
